As per reports in Hindustan Times, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) pacer Josh Hazlewood will be available for the franchise for the remainder of the tournament.
Previously, there were reports that he would be missing the remainder of the season, with Australia lined up to play the WTC final against South Africa starting on June 11.
The availability of overseas players, especially from Australia and South Africa, has been a concern for the franchises to figure out. With the WTC 2025 final approaching, boards are willing to call the players back.
Josh Hazlewood To Join RCB Ahead Of KKR Game
Meanwhile, sources close to Hazlewood have confirmed to Hindustan Times that he will be available for RCB for their qualification chances.
"Yes, Josh will travel to India. We are in discussion with the authorities about the exact date of his arrival," a source close to Hazlewood told Hindustan Times on condition of anonymity.
Previously, Cricket Australia said that they are backing their players to play in the IPL and also promised full support to the players as well.
"Following the announcement that the IPL will resume on Saturday, Cricket Australia will support players in their individual decisions whether to return to India or not," CA said in a statement.

IPL 2025 Resumes From May 17
The IPL is set to resume on May 17 with RCB taking on Kolkata Knight Riders. His availability for this game is yet to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, Cricket South Africa have also allowed their players to play in the IPL till the final on June 3. Previously, they said that they want their players back by May 26.
